Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Betta iOS app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Betta on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal study. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app.

Platform Requirements

Betta is currently available exclusively for iOS. You need a compatible Apple device and a recent version of iOS to use the app.

Subscriptions

Betta Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription on a monthly or yearly basis. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. If we change the subscription price, Apple will notify you and ask for your consent where required before the change takes effect.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms; we are not able to process refunds directly.

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the content you create and study using Betta. You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in a way that could damage or interfere with the service.

Intellectual Property

The Betta app, its name, design, and content (excluding the study material you create) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Betta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will produce any particular study outcome or exam result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms affects your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
